Our sampling efforts include populations from all across the Northern hemisphere. We collected field data and seeds from 108 native and 176 non-native populations. Moreover, we have the common garden data from the four interdisciplinary work packages of the main project and several add-on studies. We also recently performed whole-genome resequencing at 30x fold coverage for the involved populations, which will facilitate genome-wide association studies.
